Mindseeker is pleased to announce that we were awarded GSA 8(a) STARS III through our Joint Venture (JV) Starland Technologies, LLC.


STARS III is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract engineered to provide cutting-edge technology solutions from award-winning 8(a) small businesses to federal agencies. The current contract term is one five-year base period with one three-year option which began upon award in July 2021. Starland was awarded both the Information Technology Services and Emerging Technology sub-areas.

The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the Master Contract is designated as 541512—Computer Systems Design Services.
