Adopt-A-Highway Road Cleanup

This morning, our corporate team participated in a roadside cleanup through Virginia’s Adopt-A-Highway program.
We are proud to serve the community in this way twice a year and reduce the amount of litter and debris that accumulates over our adopted stretch of highway. Did you know that each year nearly 18,000 Adopt-A-Highway volunteers collect more than 25,600 bags of waste along Virginia’s highways saving the commonwealth over $1.35 million in road cleanup expenses? During this cleanup, our team collected 16 bags of waste in our 3.48 mile stretch alone; and this is just a drop in the bucket.
