How It Started: A Humble Beginning with a Bold Vision
Mindseeker was founded in 2000 by Chris Dobson, who saw an opportunity to bring top-tier talent and customized solutions to organizations across industries. With staffing solutions at its core, the company quickly gained a reputation for its high-quality placements, strategic problem-solving, and commitment to client success.
Our first client, USWeb/CKS, was a pioneering web consulting firm in California during the dot-com boom—a partnership that set the stage for Mindseeker’s long-standing focus on innovation and adaptability.
As the years went by, we expanded beyond staffing to offer Technology Enablement, Healthcare Solutions, Financial Management, and Human Capital services—serving clients across government, financial services, healthcare, and international development.
